Conceived as a spatial composition in 1402 (2023/24), this work presents the human—alongside other presences in existence—as a suspended particle, stripped of will and merely one component among many. By articulating these ideas, the piece also voices a critical stance on capital punishment in contemporary courts and on the fallibility of human judgment.
